— FIRST IMPRESSIONS —

APPEARANCE 5'9, green eyes, a head of fiery red hair that he appears to always be brushing back with his hand, freckles dotting every inch of his face along with some nasty scars. One being from a blaster bolt that goes across his right cheek and down to his neck, another scar over the ridge of his nose, one over his right brow, the right side of his lower lip, and then a couple of scars on the left side of his neck.

CLOTHING Cal dresses as if he's ready to start wall running or fighting at a moment's notice. Always has a glove on his left hand, always has a belt that's made to hold tools, something flexible that he can move in, and there is almost always a poncho of some kind involved.

DEMEANOR Cal, in his own world, has done a decent job at blending in. However, taken out of his element, he can't help but stick out as someone who is trying really hard to blend in. He gives off an awkward and anxious vibe a lot of the time, though his demeanor is very friendly regardless. He smiles, he laughs, but there is an underlying sadness of someone who has lost so much in such a short time.

AURAL Cal has a young voice. Truthfully, there's not much difference to how he sounds now than he did as a child, his voice is just deeper now. Here is a voice sample.

OLFACTORY Whatever smells you may find in the outside; grass, tree bark, moss, rain. Even freshly cleaned he probably sticks to scents that give off the same smell.

— SKILLS —

Lightsaber training Cal’s case is a bit unique seeing as he never finished his training beyond that of a padawan. Because of this, he has to improvise when it comes to his forms. He’s originally trained in Form I, single bladed combat that combines lightsaber attacks with basic force moves like Push and Pull that maneuver his enemies into range. He also utilizes Form VI which is known for being easier for a Jedi to master should they prefer their focus to be on non combat. Eventually, he adapts Jar'Kai dual bladed to his fighting style as well.

Physical prowess Cal’s training heavily involved parkour maneuvers from wall running to climbing, which has granted him an athleticism higher than your average being.

The Force Cal’s connection to the Force is damaged at the start of the game, though he unlocks what he learned during training as he continues his journey, usually during high stress situations. By the end of the game he managed to fully heal the damaged connection, allowing him use of all the techniques he learned as a padawan:
Psychometry: Cal did not actually learn this technique during training, rather he was born with it. Psychometry is a rare ability amongst the Jedi to be able to see an object’s history through touch.

Telekinesis: In the beginning, Cal’s use of telekinesis is basic, usually pushing and pulling enemies and objects, but by the end of the game after he’s honed his skills he can lift much larger objects. It wouldn’t be a stretch to say he uses a bit of this technique when he does his “double jump”.

Stasis: The first move Cal is able to use is Force Stasis. He can slow down objects and enemies for a short duration, though as time goes on he can slow more enemies for slightly longer periods, which is something he was able to do as a child.

Mechanical aptitude Cal worked as a scrapper for five years, picking up a lot about breaking down ships and mechanics in general. He’s able to constantly upgrade BD-1 as he finds more parts, as well as easily modify his lightsaber whenever he saw fit. He also understands the droid binary language, which is how he communicates and understands BD-1.
